I'm based out of Washington state and provide services all over the world.
Building a website takes different amounts of time depending on what you need. A site usually takes about 4 to 8 weeks from start to finish – that means initial chats, design drafts, development, testing, and making final edits.
I make sure every step fits your business needs, so you get a website that looks great and works well. For a more exact timeline, head to the project planner.
Here’s a checklist of what you'll need to prepare:
Objectives and Goals
Think about what you want to achieve with your website. Do you want to sell products, provide services, showcase your portfolio, or share information?
Content
Gather all content you want to include, such as copy for different sections (About Us, Services, Contact, etc.), images, videos, and promotional materials. I offer add-on services for copywriting and curating stock photography and video.
Brand Assets
Provide logos, color palette, fonts, and other branding elements. If you're starting from scratch, I will help you get the basics of what you need.
Functional Requirements
Make a list of functionalities you need, including e-commerce capabilities, a blog, contact forms, booking systems, or social media integrations.
Domain and Hosting
If you already have a domain name and hosting provider, share those details with me. If not, don't worry, I will guide you through that process.
I offer two main services:
Custom Website
A tailor-made website that reflects your brand and drives results.
Website Roast
An analysis of your current site to pinpoint areas for improvement.
Add-ons
For those investing in a custom website, I offer copywriting to engage your audience, curated stock photography and video to improve your brand's visual appeal, and monthly maintenance so your website always runs smoothly
Very easy. I build every site with the client in mind, and that's to improve the ability for you to add new content, edit content, and remove content easily and quickly.
I know managing a new website can be intimidating, so I'll provide training. You'll get instructions and hands-on demos to make sure you're confident updating content, making changes, and troubleshooting issues that may arise.
Yes, I offer monthly plans to keep your website running smoothly. Plans start at $50 per month. You can choose the level of support that's right for you, whether you need the basics like minor website content updates or more hands-on help with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) or website analytics.
Quick answer
The starting price is $4,000, which would be for a 1-2 page website.
Long answer
I don’t have a one-size-fits-all price structure because every project is different. The timelines are different, the deliverables are different, and your project is different, so there is no easy way to quote a number for a project.
I'll ask you what budget you have that you can comfortably and realistically spend to make the project a success. I like to work with my clients' realistic budgets so they feel financially comfortable working with me.
I don’t want you to feel any pressure or stress from a budget point of view because that doesn’t make for a fun or exciting project, and that’s what you should feel when working on a project like this. When you let me know the number you are comfortable spending, I can write you a proposal that meets your budget.

The easiest way to find out if a project is possible is to let me know what your budget is. That way, if I know the budget, I can advise the best way of spending your money.

My payment terms are set up to make things fair for both of us. You can pay the full amount or pay in phases as we complete different parts of the project. This keeps things balanced and helps me get your project done more quickly.
The typical payment plan is 50% upfront to start each phase of your project and the remaining 50% when that phase is completed.
